About Us
We are a family owned urban mushroom farm in the heart of Queens, New York, who started this business simply from the love of mushrooms. As a family we have always consumed mushrooms on a regular basis hence, it didn't take us long to decide on why we wanted to produce mushrooms of our own. Although in the beginning it was only for friends and family, soon we realized there’s only a few limited kinds of mushrooms available in the market and more people need to have access to this food which not only is enriched with taste and flavor but also equally provides multiple health benefits. We maintain sustainable growing procedures from the beginning to the end and take extreme care in ensuring both quality and nutrients without compromising the freshness.
Our favorite mushroom
This is our mini farm family. While we all have our own favorite kind of mushrooms, little one's love Shiitake and Lions mane with Pasta while mom & dad will eat Oyster with everything!
